FIH actively promotes highly efficient supply chain management, establishing long-term and stable partnerships with our suppliers to continuously enhance operational efficiency and supply chain resilience. Through comprehensive risk assessments and audits across economic, environmental, and social (ESG) dimensions, we assist our suppliers in implementing sustainable development practices, mitigating operational risks, and realizing long-term sustainability strategies. FIH mandates that all suppliers comply with local laws and regulations and adhere to the "Hon Hai Technology Group Supplier Social and Environmental Responsibility Code of Conduct."
We have established clear sustainability goals and indicators to strengthen supplier performance throughout all stages of the management process. FIH employs a closed-loop supplier management mechanism consisting of four key steps: "Code Compliance, Risk Assessment, Audit Verification, and Continuous Improvement." By integrating social and environmental management principles into our supply chain framework, we regularly analyze supplier compliance and provide necessary support for areas requiring improvement, thereby elevating the overall sustainability performance of the supply chain.
We value feedback from every customer and have established a robust complaint handling process to ensure the continuous refinement of our product and service quality. Upon receiving a complaint, the relevant business unit immediately verifies the information, reviews the manufacturing process, and conducts a root cause analysis (RCA). If the issue is substantiated, we implement remedial measures and track the effectiveness of the improvements. All complaints are fully documented and integrated into our continuous improvement mechanism.
During 2024, we received a total of 61 complaints related to products or services. This relatively low volume demonstrates FIH’s success in maintaining high quality standards and strong customer trust.
