Board Responsibility for Sustainability

The FIH Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the Company's operations, sustainability strategy, and risk management, and bears ultimate responsibility for sustainability performance and related disclosures. The Board conducts quarterly reviews of sustainability objectives, material topics, and key performance indicators to ensure alignment between the Company's sustainability strategy and overall business direction, while continuously strengthening governance effectiveness and creating long-term value.
