Board Level Test Equipment
Featuring a high-efficiency 2-up DUT (Device Under Test) design, this system supports FTM programming, electrical testing, and comprehensive functional testing. It covers a wide range of test capabilities, including PCBA audio analysis, component verification, sensor calibration, and charging circuit testing.
Integrated Single-Loop Station
The SMT test line features a circular station layout. By employing a single-loop merged station design, we maximize line length efficiency and optimize production footprint.
Assembly Automation Equipment
The assembly line adopts unified standard interfaces and modular design, providing the production line with highly flexible deployment capabilities. Automated assembly equipment executes precise assembly without manual intervention, fully covering critical processes such as dispensing, screw fastening, and attachment.
Test Automation Equipment – System Level Test (SLT)

Our hybrid, fully automated packaging line integrates complex processes—including laser marking, screw fastening, PIN testing, and palletizing—into a single streamlined workflow.
