FIH strictly adheres to international human rights standards, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. To further institutionalize these commitments, we have established an internal Employee Human Rights Chapter to guide and drive our actions.
As part of FIH’s unwavering commitment to human rights, we strictly prohibit any behavior that infringes upon the freedom and dignity of our employees. Every team member is entitled to a safe, healthy, and harassment-free work environment. We have established effective grievance mechanisms to safeguard the labor rights of all personnel. These rights are formally integrated into the FIH Global Code of Conduct, encompassing:
To implement these standards, FIH has developed and disseminated relevant policies and procedures, supported by comprehensive training, confidential reporting channels, and support services for affected individuals. Throughout 2024, we conducted multiple educational sessions covering anti-sexual harassment regulations, case study analyses, and the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
FIH is dedicated to dynamic and continuous improvement, striving to refine our policies and practices in alignment with Global Best Practices. Within the coming year, we will launch our Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) initiative, conducting risk assessments at specific operating sites to facilitate the ongoing enhancement of our human rights management system.
