FIH remains steadfast in upholding business ethics and operational integrity, guided by the "FIH Global Code of Conduct" and "Responsibility Standards" as our core frameworks. Our Internal Audit (IA) team employs a systematic methodology to develop annual audit plans covering all primary operating sites, including Vietnam, China, India, and Mexico. The IA team submits regular reports to senior management and the Audit Committee.
In 2024, the Internal Audit team introduced a specialized "Bribery Risk Assessment," integrating it into routine department-level risk interviews to further strengthen FIH’s ethical governance practices. To proactively foster awareness of integrity and business ethics, all employees are required to complete anti-corruption and integrity policy training upon joining the Group; this training is a mandatory prerequisite for completing the onboarding process. Following onboarding, all employees must complete two hours of mandatory annual training on the FIH Global Code of Conduct.
Looking ahead, we have set a clear objective for 2025 to maintain a record of zero compliance violations. We remain committed to ensuring that all business activities align with international regulations and standards, fulfilling our pledge to integrity and ethical compliance.
