FIH upholds the principles of integrity, ethical business conduct, and compliance, with FIH Mobile Global Code of Conduct and responsibility standards serving as key frameworks guiding its operations. The Internal Audit team develops annual audit plans covering major operational sites, including Vietnam, China, and India, and regularly reports to senior management and the Audit Committee to continuously strengthen risk management and corporate governance effectiveness.
Since 2024, FIH has implemented a bribery risk assessment mechanism, established a comprehensive Anti-Bribery Management System Handbook, and adopted the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, integrating anti-corruption considerations into departmental risk assessment interviews to further enhance its integrity governance practices. In addition, all employees are required to complete integrity and anti-corruption training and participate in annual Code of Conduct training. Through these efforts, FIH continues to foster a culture of integrity and compliance while striving toward its goal of zero compliance violations. In 2025, the Company successfully achieved zero violation incidents.
