Community Contribution
The corporate culture of FIH is built upon the fundamental principles of sharing, giving back, and social service. By actively participating in diverse social and community initiatives, we strive to make meaningful and lasting contributions to society. This includes supporting and organizing volunteer service programs and philanthropic endeavors aimed at enhancing community well-being. As a responsible corporate citizen, we focus our efforts on supporting vulnerable populations, fostering a culture of care, dignity, and respect for those in need, thereby promoting a more inclusive society. By the end of 2024, the Group had made cumulative charitable donations totaling approximately US$442,663.
Empowering Vulnerable Groups
In Beijing, FIH's volunteer team continues to grow, driven by the belief that small acts of kindness can collectively create meaningful change. Over the past year, volunteers have actively participated in a variety of community service initiatives, including neighborhood cleanups, traffic guidance during peak hours, and on-site support for large-scale community events.
As of 2025, the volunteer team had contributed more than 500 cumulative service hours, with membership expanding to 150 volunteers. Beyond the growth in participation, these initiatives have fostered a strong sense of belonging and shared purpose among employees. By bringing together individuals from diverse roles and backgrounds, the program has strengthened teamwork while helping create a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming community.
Supporting Underprivileged Children
FIH remains committed to supporting the needs of underprivileged children in developing countries through a variety of community engagement and charitable initiatives. In Mexico, we provide donations to the Teletón Foundation to support the growth and development of children and adolescents with disabilities. We also organize Christmas outreach activities at the Getsemani Orphanage, bringing joy and companionship to children during the holiday season.
In Quế Võ, Vietnam, FIH employee volunteers visit hospitalized children at a local rehabilitation hospital. In addition to donating daily necessities, volunteers provide gift packages, fresh milk, and children's books to brighten the children's hospital stay. Through storytelling, reading sessions, and interactive games, our volunteers share meaningful moments with the children, bringing encouragement, care, and hope through their actions.
We believe that every act of kindness and companionship can have a positive impact on a child's life. Looking ahead, FIH will continue to invest in community outreach and charitable initiatives, working together with our employees to create a brighter and more supportive environment for future generations.
