The corporate culture of FIH is built upon the fundamental principles of sharing, giving back, and social service. By actively participating in diverse social and community initiatives, we strive to make meaningful and lasting contributions to society. This includes supporting and organizing volunteer service programs and philanthropic endeavors aimed at enhancing community well-being. As a responsible corporate citizen, we focus our efforts on supporting vulnerable populations, fostering a culture of care, dignity, and respect for those in need, thereby promoting a more inclusive society. By the end of 2024, the Group had made cumulative charitable donations totaling approximately US$442,663.
FIH fulfills its corporate social responsibility (CSR) through various community outreach programs that support diverse social groups within our operating areas. In 2024, FIH Taiwan partnered with "ABRAZO" (the Down Syndrome Foundation), a sheltered workshop established for individuals with Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. The workshop provides employment opportunities and nurtures skills in manufacturing high-quality products.
On Thanksgiving Day, we hosted a Charity Marketplace Event, which received an enthusiastic response from our employees and successfully raised NT$49,768. These funds provided tangible support and encouragement to the participants. This initiative not only strengthened the Group’s connection with local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) but also demonstrated our commitment to social inclusion, delivering warmth and positive impact to the community.
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by underprivileged children in developing regions, FIH has initiated several donation and assistance programs across Vietnam and Mexico.
