Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

Base Salary

A fixed monthly salary in compliance with labor regulations, with a Tax-free meal allowance of NTD 3,000

Annual Bonus

Provided based on performance and benefits policies, typically equivalent to two months’ salary.

Incentives

Additional performance and incentive bonuses based on business outcomes and role responsibilities.
