Board-Level Testing (BLT) Stage
Integrating automated loading/unloading with BLT stations (covering both FCT and RFT), we ensure every PCBA undergoes 100% functional verification prior to assembly. This rigorous process establishes a solid foundation for overall product quality.
System Assembly & Testing Stage
- Precision Assembly Equipment: Delivering high-precision mechanical assembly capabilities. Key processes include top/bottom cover assembly, mainboard installation, and heatsink assembly, utilizing automatic screw fastening technology with high-precision torque control.

Integrated Test Equipment (FATP & OTA): Achieving true "Assembly-Test Integration." Immediately following assembly, final product testing (FATP) and software flashing (OTA) are conducted directly inline, ensuring seamless quality verification.
Final Packaging & Autonomous Logistics Stage
- Integrated Packaging Line Equipment: We integrate complex processes—including Laser marking, screw fastening, PIN testing, and palletizing—into a single, streamlined workflow, significantly boosting dispatch efficiency.
- Unmanned Logistics Integration: AGVs are widely deployed for inter-station transport (e.g., transfer from the Burn-in area to the Packaging line). At the shipping end, Forklift AGVs transport goods directly to the loading dock, creating a seamless, uninterrupted smart logistics chain.
