CHIH Yu Yang (Mr.) is the chairman of the Board, executive director and chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of FIH Mobile (“the Group”), who possesses over 40 years of extensive experience in the communication industries.
Mr. Chih joined the Group in 2005 when the Group acquired CMCS, the primary mobile handset design services arm of the Group, where he was the founder of CMCS since its establishment in 2001.
Prior to joining FIH Mobile, Mr. Chih worked as the vice president and general manager of the Communication BU at Acer Communications & Multimedia Inc. (now known as BenQ), where he was responsible for the cellular phone business from 1997 to 2001. Moreover, he held various engineering and managerial positions at companies including ITT Corporation, GTE Corporation, and Rockwell Semiconductor Systems.
Mr. Chih obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan in 1980.
LIN Chia-Yi (Mr.) is the executive director and chief executive officer of FIH Mobile ("the Group") with over 27 years of experience in the communication and computer industries.
Mr. Lin joined the Group in 2005 when the Group acquired CMCS. Since then, he has held a number of key positions across business operations, R&D engineering, NPI engineering, and manufacturing in the Group, and has built highly trusted partnerships with customers. Mr. Lin has accumulated years of experience and competitive advantages in smartphone design, antenna technology, mechanical engineering, software development, and testing tool development.
Prior to joining FIH Mobile, Mr. Lin joined CMCS in 2001, mainly responsible for product management. From 1996 to 2001, he was the product manager at BenQ and Quanta Computer Inc.
Mr. Lin obtained a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from National Taiwan University in 1994 and a bachelor's degree in marine environmental engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University in 1992.

Dr. KUO Wen-Yi (Mr.) is the executive director, senior vice president and a member of the corporate governance committee of FIH Mobile who has more than 26 years of extensive experiences in wireless communication product research and development, international business development, start-up business and corporate management.
Prior to FIH Mobile in December 2014, Dr. Kuo was the founder and the chief executive officer of BandRich Inc since March 2006. Before he founded BandRich, Dr. Kuo was the senior director and department head of Compal Electronics Inc. At Compal Electronics, he was in charge of the business in 3G mobile phone. Previous to that, he was the co-founder and the chief technology officer of Wiscom Technologies.
Dr. Kuo is the inventor of 38 U.S. wireless communications patents. He received the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Leonard G. Abraham Prize in 2001.
Dr. Kuo holds a Doctoral Degree of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, U.S in 1994 and a Master Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor Degree of Science in Communications Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
CHANG Chuan-Wang (Mr.) is a non-executive director of FIH Mobile, and has about 30 years of experience in the information and communication technology industry.
Mr. Chang joined Hon Hai in May 2009, focusing on group business strategy, operation control and performance analysis management. Mr. Chang is currently an assistant vice president of the Strategic Controlling Division in Hon Hai. He currently also serves as the executive director of ENNOCONN Corporation on behalf of Hon Hai, and as the chairman of the board of directors, a non-executive director and a member of the remuneration committee of CircuTech International Holdings Limited.
Previously, Mr. Chang was the chairman’s special assistant at Jabil Green Point from 2002 to 2008, and served as the head of the global operations management in Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. from 1995 to 2001.
Mr. Chang obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Graduate Institute of Management at Feng Chia University in 2007 and a Bachelor’s degree in Automatic Control Engineering from Feng Chia University in 1992. Additionally, he was awarded the honorary membership of Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society for his outstanding academic achievements in 2007.
LAU Siu Ki (Mr.) is the independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively of FIH Mobile.
Mr. Lau has over 35 years of experience in corporate governance, corporate finance, financial advisory and management, accounting and auditing. He is also a financial advisory consultant running his own management consultancy firm, Hin Yan Consultants Limited.
Previously, Mr. Lau worked at Ernst & Young for over 15 years. He was a member of the World Council of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) from 2002 to 2011 and the chairman of ACCA Hong Kong in 2000 and 2001. In addition, he also serves as an independent non-executive director in six other companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
Mr. Lau graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1981.
CHEN Shu Chuan (Ms.) is the independent non-executive director of FIH Mobile since May 2023. She is also a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively.
Ms. Chen has over 34 years of experience in the financial sector. She held certain leadership and senior managerial positions in the banking and financial industry in the past, including a country executive and managing director in The Bank of New York Mellon Taipei Branch from August 2007 to October 2019, and a chief representative and country manager for Commerzbank AG Taipei Representative Office from November 2002 to August 2007.
Ms. Chen has been a board member and speaker of the ACAMS Taiwan Chapter (focusing on providing education and training on Anti-Money Laundering/Combating Financing of Terrorism in Taiwan) since 2018. Since November 2019, she has also been the chair lady of the Female Leadership Committee of the Taiwan Listed Companies Association, which is one of Taiwan’s most important economic and trade associations.
Ms. Chen obtained a master’s degree in Executive Master of Business Administration in International Finance from National Taipei University in 2006.
CHIU Yen-Tsen (also known as CHIU Yen-Chen, Dennis) (Mr.) is an independent non-executive director of FIH Mobile since June 2023. He is also a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively.
Mr. Chiu has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Previously, Mr. Chiu held various senior managerial positions such as the interim head of Taiwan branches, managing director and head of several departments during his tenure at BNP Paribas Taipei Branch for 18 years. Mr. Chiu was an executive director and head of Global Corporate Banking in J. P. Morgan Taipei Branch from 2012 to 2015, a director of Fixed Income in Credit Suisse Taipei Branch from 2011 to 2012, and a director of Structured Finance Loan Syndication (Greater China) in BNP Paribas Hong Kong Branch from 2009 to 2011.
Mr. Chiu has proactively engaged in ESG-related fields for years, including sustainable finance, offshore wind and solar power project finance. He has also served as an advisor and a lecturer of the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, focusing on sustainable finance, international advanced banking, project finance, international loan syndication and acquisition finance since April 2022. Mr. Chiu will continue to focus on the development of sustainability strategy and management.
Mr. Chiu received a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Connecticut in 1994, and a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering degree from Chung-Yuan Christian University in 1987.
